NEW USER - VALIDATE TRADING PARTNER

New users must be registered before being able to access the Trading Partner Portal.

The first step when registering a new user is to validate your trading partner information. You should have received the required information for registering when setting up your trading partner agreement and going through the certification process. For assistance contact customer support at 1-800-207-5019 or eclaims@masshealth-dental.net.

Entry Fields

Trading Partner ID

Enter your unique trading partner identifier. This information was supplied when completing your trading partner agreement.

Required.

Temp Username Enter your temporary username. This was supplied when completing your certification process.

Before navigating to the next registration page, the trading partner information will be validated.

You will remain on New User page 1 and appropriate error messages will be displayed if any of the following error conditions arise:
  • Any required information is missing.
  • The trading partner cannot be authenticated based on the entered information.
  • Your trading partner agreement was terminated more than 90 days ago.

Reset

Clears all new user registration fields.

Cancel

Navigates to the Login page.
